How do I reschedule or cancel my job? Will I be charged?

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
If a job is cancelled more than 24 hours of the job start time, there are no cancellation fees.
If a job is cancelled less than 12 hours of the job start time, a 1 hour minimum per Doer will be charged.
If a job is cancelled less than 4 hours of the job start time, half of the estimated total will be charged.
If a job is cancelled after Doers arrive on-site/en-route to site, full estimated total will be charged.
