Yes! Laborocity Doers undergo a thorough 5-step screening and vetting process that includes:

  1. Profile & application review by our Doer recruitment team
  2. Pre-screening face-to-face introductory interview
  3. In-depth character and situational responsiveness interview
  4. Multiple background checks (Identity verification, sex offender registry check, national and county criminal records check)
  5. Onboarding & training session

Once all of our Doers complete these five steps in our recruitment process, they are deemed fit and ready to work! Laborocity Doers continue to be vetted to ensure our quality standards through our client ratings and reviews system as well as through our Doer Success team.
