I'm Having an Issue With Clocking In/Clocking Out

If you're having trouble clocking in or out of the job through the Laborocity app, first make sure that you have the latest version of the app downloaded on your phone. You can also try deleting the app and then redownloading it. 

If you are an iOS user, make sure you are at the job site or in range of the job site. You will not be able to clock in unless you are at the job site. 

If your job site changed locations last-minute, this could be why the app won't allow you to clock in or is telling you that you're out of range of the job site. Let our Customer Success team know at info@laborocity.com if this happens.

If you clock in late or forget to clock out, you can let us know by adding this information into the "Details" box that will appear when you submit your hours after clocking out.
